However, by purchasing and immediately accessing our digital Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal expires once performance of the Service has begun (i.e., text has been submitted for rewriting and results have been generated).
You agree to use DeAItify only for lawful purposes. Do not use our service to generate spam, harmful content, or material that infringes on intellectual property rights.
DeAItify is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the output will pass any specific AI detection tool or produce specific results.
In no event shall DeAItify be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
